		<description>Glad to read this Russ. Massive gains will come from reduction in weight. You need to look ripped in 9 weeks time. Absolutely zero refined carbs will help you massively for that. From what I saw in Lanzarote you are fit ... just need to be light, uninjured (that includes saddle sores!) come race day. As for swimming - get in to a good squad and hit those sessions hard.</description>
