Being a statistics addict this all goes into Excel and a pretty graph is the result. As you can see loss has been rapid as I expect under my Rules for Racing Lean. [...]

Russ who is that bloke in the photo? Does not look anything like the bloke I met in Lanza! water retention is a response to severe metabolic stress ( I see it quite alot in patients after operations) and there is lots to suggest that IM can cause the same sort of reactions. It should start reversing itself by day3/4 post IM but this stress response is variable. Look forward to meeting up again. Gabriel

Cheers guys,

Sure we'll catch up. I'll be out there for a couple of weeks. Hawaii seems to be a 2 week triathlon social with a race at the end! Can't wait to get out there.

Hi Russell
I'm a friend of Tom Williams. He told me about your site. Congrats on qualifying for Kona. I'll be out there with CompuTrainer. Hopefully we can catch up then. Enjoy the build up.
