Don&#039;t worry we&#039;re all going through this. It&#039;s normal... well thats what I keep telling myself. You feel crap when you&#039;re body is in hyper activity making you fitter. Don&#039;t put pressure on yourself. Try to eat well (as well as some treats - they&#039;re good for the mind), get sleep (82 hours in 8 days for me!) and don&#039;t fret for another week or so. You&#039;ll be gunning to train soon.
